Process Time

We usually ship your order within 1 – 3 days, if your order a bundle it can take up to 5 days.

Shipping

All our packages are tested to withstand a lot of stress before something breaks, it has never happened before but never say never. We are not responsible for any lost shipments or damaged goods but, if it happens, do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery and costs

We use various express couriers, mainly DHL and UPS. Please note that all delivery times listed below are estimated, not guaranteed.

EU
2-5 days € 15,00

Extra EU (ex UK, Swiss etc.)
3-10 days € 20,00
Keep in mind that after the Brexit the shipping time got out of control, sometimes it can take up to 10 days.

USA
2-5 days €25,00

Returns

Returns are possible, but shipping costs are the expenses of the client.
